What data Gallgen collects on this site, why it is collected, and how to exercise your rights.
This policy explains what personal data Gallgen processes on gallgen.com and gallgen.com.br, for what purpose, and for how long. It covers this website only.
What we collect
Data you send us. The contact form collects your name, email, company (optional), topic of interest (optional), and the message you write. There is no other form on the site.
Technical data. As with any website, our providers log IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the date and time of access. These logs exist for security and diagnostics.
We do not collect sensitive data, we do not require registration, and there is no visitor login area.
Why we process it
- To answer you. That is the only purpose of the contact form data. The legal basis is your consent when submitting the message and our legitimate interest in replying to a business enquiry.
- Site security. Technical logs and protection against automated submissions (bots).
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell or transfer data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Who we share it with
We use service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Resend — delivery of the email generated by the contact form.
- Vercel — website hosting and access logs.
- Cloudflare — content delivery network, DNS, and the anti-bot check (Turnstile) on the form.
- Neon — the database holding the site’s editorial content.
These providers may process data outside Brazil, including in the United States. We may also share data where required by law or court order.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies and no audience analytics tools. The only cookies that may be set are the strictly necessary ones placed by the providers above for security and operation (for example, the form’s anti-bot check).
How long we keep it
Contact messages remain in our mailbox for as long as they are relevant to the business relationship, and are deleted on request. Technical logs follow each provider’s retention period.
Your rights
Under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability, or deletion of your data, and you may withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, write to contato@gallgen.com.br — we reply within 15 days.
Changes
We may update this policy. The version published on this page is always the one in force; the date of the last change is shown on this page in the content panel.
